I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spotless clean, spacious, and stylish with fantastic Ortigia products that made the whole place smell amazing. However, it was quite noisy at times, as the sound traveled from the reception area. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who even assisted in finding free parking nearby. The location was unbeatable, right on the edge of Ortigia with easy access to parking and a short walk to the main sightseeing spots. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with delicious options but maybe a bit too excessive for breakfast. Overall, a top-notch stay with some minor room for improvements.
